Vyšnaitė biscuits are a small piece of theatre: a crisp, milk-flavoured dough baked into rounds, filled with tart cherry and finished by hand with stripes of chocolate glaze. The sour fruit cuts through the sweetness and the chocolate holds it all together. They travel well in a lunchbox and they disappear very quickly from a biscuit tin. 275 g tray.
