Lithuanian Honey “Medus” 700 g

Description

This honey comes from Vaido bitynas, a family apiary in Aukštaitija in northern Lithuania, where the meadows and the lime trees do most of the work. It is left to crystallise naturally, which is what gives it the pale, creamy, spreadable texture you can see through the glass, rather than the thin gloss of processed honey. Lovely on bread and butter, and better still stirred into tea once it has cooled a little. 700 g jar.
