Flaxseeds have always been highly valued.
They are rich in fiber, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, nearly all essential trace elements and amino acids, as well as vitamins E and C.
We also use flaxseeds in our bread baking. And in honor of flax, we’ve named one of our products after it – the light-colored bread “Linelis.”
It’s made from sifted rye flour, naturally fermented sourdough, wheat flour, flaxseeds, and caraway seeds.
“Linelis” bread is slightly sweet, mild in flavor, and very popular among our customers.
