Abrikosiniai are one of the old Dzūkija bakery favourites: a rich crumble dough piped into little shells, filled with sweet-sharp apricot jam and finished with a dusting of icing sugar. The dough is short and buttery, so it breaks apart the moment you bite it, and the jam keeps the middle soft.
